How much longer?Has it it been 45 minutes yet?I am feeling the pain today.

A lot of things. If there is someone running in front of me I wonder how much weight they are trying to lose, about them usually. Then sometimes I wonder why I kill myself working out to maintain my physique but then I remember when I can put on clothes that some women can never wear....it's a bunch of random thoughts really. Also running relieves the stress of everyday living and it's just great.

I get a kick out of people who spend good money for a gardener, and more money for a gym. If they would do their own gardening, they would get the exercize, (outside in the fresh air) plus they would save the money. Or is it part of an ego trip to have to hire a gardener?

I think about how I don't like people. I don't like to be bothered, and people try to talk to me when I am there and I want to scream " HELLO, can you see I have my iPod in? iPod + Earbuds = leave me the hell alone!!" But, I never do, I always take then out and have a little mundane convo. Enough of that, I went and bought my own treadmill and equipment!

I just think of the IDIOTS doing a workout wrong. Then I wonder why are people running on a tread mill when it is a beautiful day outside.
I also think about ROCKY IV (when he fights the Russian) to motivate me. LOL, I know cheesy

One foot in front of the other
the music I'm listening too (Mudvayne)
Gawd my butt jiggles alot
I wonder what I look like from behind...while I'm jogging..ehehe.
I hate my ponytail slapping my face from side to side...i forget to put it higher on my head.
Gas bubbles hurt when you jog.
One more mile and I can have some more coffee.

I think it's great, but if you jog on a treadmill be careful. It's easy to get injuries because it's an unnatural motion, and it's easy to get distracted by other people.

I listen to music to keep something on my mind. I find listening to metal is the best when lifting weights and punk or rap is the best when jogging.

I am usually doing some sort of count down as to when my 30 minutes will be over so that I can hit the sauna or hot tub.

Nothing specific -anything and everything to keep my mind off the pain - I hate exercising.
