I would value the friendship over sexual desires.

Don't tell her.
If she is not into women and you know this for a fact. You will probably scare her away and she wont want to be your friend anyway. Unless she isnt the type of woman to scare off just because someone of the same sex has an attraction to her. Which does happen from time to time.
I wouldn't say anything. It's best to not make an akward situation for you and her if you already know she doesnt feel the way you do.

No do not tell her of your attraction or you could lose her as a friend. I doubt she knows you are into females or does she? Best to keep the relationship right where it is since she is not into females.

You can "let her know without knowing". It's all about the way you use your words, it's really all about communication. You can always make an "innocent" comment here and there, "jokingly" :P
Then her subconscious will have enough information to eventually make something happen someday.
By the way "She's not into women..." hmmm who knows, maybe it's cause she hasn't tried yet. ;)

Play it safe and do not ruin your friendship. Some women get affended and feel uncomfortable. Bring up the conversation of lesbians before you tell her if you tell her to see how she responds.

If a girlfriend of mine ever told me that, I'd avoid her from then on. See, I'm not "into" women, either, and my guess is she'd react in pretty much the same way. Don't go there!

just tell her, it'll make u feel better. Plus, if shes really ur friend, she shouldnt freak out, rather than accept the fact that u r attracted to her. however, its up to u. if u can keep that feeling inside of u, then its fine.

it's a matter of chances. Would you risk losing the opportunity to know if she has a slight interest. If she's a good friend-she wouldn't care.

Dear, if you know for a fact that she's not interested in women, don't tell her. You will only alienate her and make her feel uncomfortable.

Wow. tough question. You may risk yor friendship here, but you'll feel like crap if you have to see her all the time, knowing how you feel about her. You need to get this off your chest somehow.
