Perception does shape our ethical and moral decision. It is like what we eat become a source of health for both body and mind. Given the lack of proper nutrition our body and mind will cease to function efficiently.
Having a role on the part of perception, it does not certainly that perception has correct justification on ethical and moral issues. We cannot be sure. Consider calling on few people to rate on moral and ethical issues. Their opinions are dissimilar with one another, implying in confusion which emotion, cultural, knowledge, and training, has intrinsic consideration in the expression of ethical and moral issues. Good perception is not an experience but training to see things in the right issue.
