HAHA You guys are hilarious. For the record I am not a Pats fan I'm a Jag! They seem to have a very strong team and it will be interesting, but I agree in today's NFL I doubt we ever see it happen. It's be a great story though. Can't wait for the season to start!!!

the pats do have a great team. but going undefeated in the nfl now a days is almost impossible. beating 2 teams twice in the same year is hard enough and they have to play 3 teams twice. i think they'll lose there first game in week 2 against the chargers. if not then then week 9 at indy. they will lose at least 1 of those games if not both. i see the pats being a 13-3 or 12-4 team winning the afc east and going to the super bowl.

They have a 0% chance of going undefeated. It has not been done since the 1972 Dolphins, and although the Pats have made some good aquisitions, they still have questions at some defensive positions. They also have to rely on a sophomore running back in Maroney. They will be good, and they will win the AFC East, but they will lose at least 3 games this season.

There is no chance the New England Patriots going undefeated this season. Here is what they have against them:
1. They do not have Don Shula
2. They do not have a BYE Week until Week 10
3. Wee 2 they play San Diego. They also play Miami twice and they also play Cincinnatti, who will give them a rough time. They also play Indy.
3a. Peyton Manning, LT, Ocho-Cinco, Joey Porter, Jason Taylor, Brady Quinn are up against them.
4. It also has not been done since 1972 when DON SHULA coached the greatest team...the Miami Dolphins.
5. Indy was on the trail 2 years ago and they lost to Pittsburgh in the AFC Championship game

A billion to 1 give or take a hundred. It just isn't going to happen in a 16 game season with everyone wanting to beat them still. Plus with their schedule including teams like Baltimore and Pittsburgh and Indy they are looking at a few tough, tough games. Oh and they are @ Indy and @ Baltimore(you KNOW Baltimore will want revenge). IF they get that far then their 15th game is against Miami that will always play to protect their franchise record. They become a different team that late in the season against a team that is undefeated.

Im a HUGE Pats fan, but i really really doubt they'll go undefeated. They do have an awesome team and have a great shot at that undefeated mark, but i don't think they'll get it, they might miss by 1 or 2 games.

It isnt going to happen. This is not 1972 and it is not possible to go undefeated in this league anymore. The Colts proved this 2 years ago. They do not even have a bye week until week 10 and they have an extremely tough schedule before they even get to that point. Plus Brady has a tendency to overpressure himself which will lead to at least one big loss.

I dont know the exact statistics but I dont know. I am a Pats fan and I really think they have the potential to do it but in today's NFL there are alot of really good teams. I see my pats go 14-2.

The odds are very unlikely, only one team ever went undefeated and they were incredible. The Patriots aren't stacked, they have a chance of winning the superbowl or making it there at least, but i wouldn't put money down for them to go undefeated.

I think they have a great chance of going 16-0 since the schedule is pretty much the same as last year. But in my opinion I think they will go 15-1 and lose at San Diego. They will definitely make it to the playoffs.

About as well as a chance as they did last year. They got big names, that's about all. The talent they got isn't as big as everyone thinks. A lot of has beens and so called "potential" that other teams want. Picking up Moss is a sign of desperation. Which never pays off in the NFL.
