The players, I can deal with. They never do nothing to us. It's the fans that enjoy randomly bashing those who did nothing to them.
I hate the Red Sox too, being a Yankee fan. But what I really hate is how cocky the fans get...(Not saying all of you are like this. There are fans of very sports team like this. But the Sox are by far the worst.) Curt Schilling does have a big mouth though...(He he..Sorry...)
The only players I refuse to respect or have the slightest bit of love for, are those who cheat or those who make inappropriate public remarks. (IE, Barry Bonds, and John Rocker.)

I don't hate players so much as their fans, really. Especially ones who say stupid things. (Am I being too obvious here?) If you'll notice, in the "fight" with sissy boy A-Rod, Varitek didn't have his mask on, and A-Rod still cowered like a girl. Schilling may indeed have a big mouth, but I do believe he has won a WS since the last time the Yanks did, no? And Papelbon IS the sh**. How many games has he blown this year? I'm fairly sure you can use one hand to count them. And Beckett. Cocky. Right. Do you actually WATCH the MLB? I'm sure you've forgotten, given the Yanks miserable pitching, but a guy who's 8-0 has every right to be confident.
If I HAD to pick one player that I "didn't like or hate", it'd have to be A-Rod. Two years ago, I respected him, now? He's such a loser. I clearly am not a fan of the Yanks, but you could always respect them, they were classy. Since A-Rod's arrival... not so much.

Its funny because the players everyone hates, they would love to have on their team. Just an expample. I HATED AJ Pierzynski with a passion when he played for Minn. When he came to the White Sox, I still didnt like him and it took me almost a full season to actually cheer for him when he came to bat. By the time the WS came around he was one of my fav. players on the team. So, with that in mind, I hate A-Rod, Jeter, pretty much anyone on the Yankees(exept the pitchers), Manny, Ortiz, pretty much anyone on the Red Sox (including the pitching), Everyone on the Tigers, Indians, Twins, and only Mike Sweeney on the Royals. Oh yeah and we cant forget about everyone's favorite roid boy Barry.

Makes no differents to me what team a player is on, I have respect for all players that play the game the way it should be played. I don't like to see players not run out ground balls or not run hard after a fly ball in the outfield. I don't like to see a player with all the talent in the world, like Alfonso Soriano, not giving a 100% every day. Baseball is a great sport and I would never use the word "hate" to describe anything within the game.

I hate Randy Jonhson because he is a trader and wanted to go play for the Yankee's and then the Yankees got tried of him and droped him then he came back to AZ!

Schilling sucks too he use to play for the dimondbacks along time ago he was no good anyway im glad he is gone,but they have stupid pitchers for the Dimondback like Brandon Webb he sucks!!!!!!!
