Yes this happened to my son. He took one pill that was supposed to help for 6-8 hours however his depression started within the hour and lasted for a full day. Some people can't take muscle relaxers. I think you should call your doctor and possibly just stay away from them. Also my son, actually he's 40, has very strong reactions to many types of medications. You should bring this up to your doctor when ever any medication is prescribed for you!
Hope you feel better soon!!

It is possible. Ask some of your relatives if they have had any similar experiences. My mum thought she had a weird reaction to the active ingredient in Motrin, she got so depressed so quickly that she wanted to sit and cry for no reason.
Her doctor said it was not possible. Then two other family members, (her daughter and granddaughter) had the same reaction. They didn't know it until one had a reason to take something with the chemical ingredient in it, and explained why she did not want it. So try something with a different ingredient in it.

Each person reacts differently to them but yes it could of acted like that. Don't mistake the lethargic feeling from taking it with depression though. They tend to work past the amount of time they say and you may have a low tolerance for the drugs that make it up.
