I AM STRAIGHT AND I DO.

I don't understand why anyone cares what someone else wants to do. It doesn't have anything to do with me.

Leave them alone and let them be at peace. This is America!

I do to a point. I think they should have all the same rights as everyone else, Why NOT? But marriage I don't agree that they should be able to have a traditional marriage, Only because it goes against some of the things that marriage stands for, And for the fact that if it were passed then it would create problems throughout the Christian and other religious communities, Like if a gay couple wanted to get married in a certain church that happens to be against it, It may create more lawsuits of discrimination against churches and Priests (or whatever your religion may call them) and that would be unfair to the religion. Besides the fact that it is a sacred union between a woman and a man.

Now if they want to create their own tradition and have it written into the law that No church or Man of God shall be forced to perform the union between a same sex couple. I would be o.k. with that.

I neither support nor condemn. What goes on in someone else's bedroom is none of my business unless I'm in there with them. With a gay man, that just doesn't seem to be realistic, does it? A lesbian would not be interested in me, either. The only time I have any problem is PDA, public display of affection. Holding hands...OK. Being all over each other.....NO. Of course, I feel that way about straight couples, too.

I support the rights of all Americans, and feel that there is no need of further legislation outlining who has what rights.

Rights for what? Marriage? Did God ever say being gay was right? Gay persons have a right, according to this country to choose their own religion, but not to twist it. In Romans chapter 1, it directly states that having sexual activity with men, and men is an abomination. So I do get a wee bit angry with gay people, when they claim to be Catholic, or Christian, because they don't know what the heck they are talking about. Especially read verse 27.
