LOL unusual question. Yes, both my hubby and I used to be opiate junkies. We live in a small town, so no heroin, just Oxycontin, Percocet, Fentanyl patches,etc. I used to call in fake prescriptions for Lorcet all the time since that is the highest opiate a doctor can call in and not have to write the script for. I would just have the LIcense and DEA # of the doctor from an old script and call it in. I did it I dont know how many times, then of course, got caught. So, yes I have had a warrant. Just a Class "D" Felony ; at court reduced to misdemeanor. Clean now, on methadone :-p

arrest warrents never go away untill they are resolved,, if you have an outstanding warrent, get it taken care of.. and you should carry the papers with you to show it was settled... there was a case here in nov.2006, where a man 58 years old was just checked at a road block, and there was a warrent for his arrest dated in jan.1980 for failure to appear. his family in the car, he was locked up .. spent the night in jail.. it was a mistake, and that is why i say to carry papers to show it was dismissed.. courts do mess up. because you get some under paid clerk there that is to dam lazy to do the right thing.

I have a folder full of arrest warrants, so many crimes and not enough time...just take them one at a time I guess.
