My rims were messed up too and there was steering problems. I had to turn like 5 inches to the left for it to go straight. I just picked up my car today from the shop. They were in a rush because they were closing. So as I am driving home I noticed the problem with the steering was still there. I already got a alignment and my frame isn't bent or anything. What else can cause the steering problem? I tested it and went 90mph on the highway and the car does not vibrate or anything. But still, I need to turn 5 inches to the left for it to go straight. What else can be the problem if it's not the frame or the alignment? (Already got the whole rear left side wheel/rim/rod replaced.) The impact must have done something but noone knows what.

Take notes and if you have to call them and let them know and get the name of the person you talked to and the date. For proof if you need it down the road. Or ask a dealership if they could help you for a free estimate to get this fixed. Whatever it is.

It is the alignment! The relationship of the steering wheel to the front end geometry is wrong. It is the toe end setting which effects this.
When doing alignment you are suppose to lock the wheel in the straight on position then set the toe adjustment.
They must have been too stupid or lazy to do this when they aligned it

They cheaped out on your alignment....The first thing they should do is center the steering wheel and then set the wheels to match. Someone was too lazy and just set the wheels. You cannot just ake the steering wheel off and put in back in the right place...needs to be redone

Sounds like your steering wheel may have to be adjusted. But if the vehicle is literally pulling itself to the left or right really hard you may have worn tires, or your rack and pinion may need replacing. Just an educated guess. Good Luck
