She is a little short and I would have to work the peddles, but I think she would do a great job. My cat thinks I'm crazy. He said that she talks about it all of the time when I am not home. Told me she is going to take the keys at night and go "crusin". Now I don't know if this is true or not (the cat's been known to lie) but I am sort of affraid to teacher her just to have her steel my carone night. Any ideas?

Hmm. I'd suggest adopting a fish or-- no, make that a couple of ferrets. Then you could tie them to your dog's feet and have them push the foot pedals. I'm sorry about your confusing cat...i'd suggest trying some Veritaserum or else putting some surveilance cameras around your house. Otherwise, that guy will need to be locked in a cage. But if your dog is driving your car already, and hasn't wrecked it, i wouldn't be too concerned. Why don't you just ask her? She seems like a good dog at heart. Then you could be driving buddies!

Sounds like a very interesting household you have there, I think I like it. In any case, the dog probably couldn't' do any worse than some people do, might even do better. If you're up for it, give it a go. But first, set some house rules about who drives and when, and hide the keys at night.

If your dog could drive, you wouldn't have to run any more errands! I say teach her, but let her know that you will not tolerate her stealing it at night and if she does, she will will be grounded from using the car for a month. If you are that worried she will steal the car, just make sure you put the keys where her or the cat can't reach them. Good luck. Booya!

Well, I wouldn't reward her behavior by just giving her the keys. I say you should have a heart-to-heart with her about all the lying, and involve the dog too. Without this intervention, the two of them might just collaborate and the dog will be the one working the pedals. I have the same problem at my house too.

the cat is lying- they have already been stealing the car at night, that's why the cat wears it's protective helmetThe dog steers and the cat works the pedals.
