i think many guys think girls dont no crap about baseball only watch becuase of the baseball players but like a girl i no about baseball not just watch because of the guys so guys what is your opinion

I agree with you to some extent. When I get envolved in a baseball conversation with a stranger, they automatically assume that I dont know what I am talking about, and I have to come up with some stat or prove myself before they will listen. Im a bartender, and when I first started working at the bar the regualr guys just kind of pushed my opinions to the side. After getting to know me, now they come in and initiate baseball conversation with me and even ask me for my opinion. I think because of sterotypes, people look at men and assume they know baseball, and women have to really know their stuff for their opinion to be respected.

Some girls know a lot about the game, but others know nothing at all. Its the same for guys....not all guys know sports.

My friend was playing Men's Slow Pitch Softball on a 300' field. There was another field opposite it that was also 300'. There was a 50' gap in between the two. He hit the ball to the Second Base of the opposite field. That had to be a 400' plus hit. He is 57 now and still hits homers.
