how can you tell if its a heavy flow slow flow or what ever?? help. i need to know

It's YOUR period. You can tell by looking at the pad or tampon. If there's a lot, then it's heavy. If not, then it's slower.
YOU don't know how to figure this out?

Well if you use one pad throughout the day its a slow flow.
If you change it every hour its a heavy flow.
