The amount of "Am I Pregnant" questions I keep seeing just lately..... for goodness sake, how do we know if you're pregnant or not! We weren't there when you pee'd on the stick, we can't see if there's a line, if it's too faint or too bright, and we almost certainly weren't there when you did the deed!

Ok, climbing back off my soap box now!

I have noticed alot in the Pregnant/Parenting category. Pregnancy is something that is mysterious, especially if you have never been pregnant. There are alot of 'symptoms' that seem stupid to ask your dr.

Also, I have noticed what seem to be (if not admitted) ALOT of young girls that seem to be concerned. I am assuming that since they are asking here, they feel they cannot go to an adult in their life.

Y Q&A offers a sense of anonymity. No one 'knows' you in 'real life', so there isn't an embarrassment factor when asking what feels like a stupid question.

I understand how you feel. Anyone who has attended a 9th grade health class, or watched any evening TV/music video, should know 1)how babies are made, and 2)how to find out.

What truly PETRIFIES me about what I have seen regarding the 'am I pregnant' are the questions about how to get pregnant (i.e. swallowing, ejaculating on the sheet, does birth control prevent 100%, I only did it once, etc).

I mean REALLY!! In this technological information age-- are there really THAT many young people who don't know how it happens (and doesn't happen)? If they're posting their question here, they have access to the internet. If they are truly concerned, they can look it up them selves.

Thanks for letting me borrow your soap box. I'm giving it back now.

Yea I know what you mean and I'm going to empathise with you. Too many people asking if they're pregnant, like the rest of the world can tell them when we don't even know them! Somebody tell those people to just see their GP, or just wait 9 months and see what happens please!

Have you actually read some of them? They are just joking...I mean, "I had 2 iced coffees, could I be pregnant?"...Are you really going to take that seriously??? P&S is just for fun and that's all that they are doing is having fun. Lighten up!

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/Lhypa

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.
