you can send samples to all the major companies to get your comic published...but it will likely be turned down...think about self publishing as a way to get your book going...it has worked well for lot of people like... the tick... section 8..cerebus...poison elves to name a few...it has a big up front cost but the pay of in getting your stuff out there and getting it seen is well worth it...Canada seems to be a little cheaper as far as printing goes....then with
a distributor like "star" are some of the smaller guys,pushing your title all over the U.S. you are on your way... DAVE SIMS has an excellent book on self publishing you really should read...lots more facts than I can state hear

To get books published you need a Literary Agent to submit your manuscript to publishers. Buy the book "The Writer's Market."

It lists names and addresses of Literary Agents and Publishers.
