Yeah -- side car or trike. Either one, though, takes a different kind of skill to ride safely. If anything, in some ways, these are more-advanced than two-wheelers.
If you think you really need training wheels -- wait until you're big enough to ride all by yourself.

I guess if it keeps some old boy on his beloved bike for longer - then more power to them.
However, if you are under 80 and fairly able bodied, can I suggest you get some training - spend less on your 1st bike and more on keeping your ar$e on it!

Yes you can.
I've seen a couple and they look really, really stupid.
It takes away any 'cool' factor and adds a total dork factor
There is always someone who will take your money and not care if your going to hurt yourself
