The WEP key is located in your wireless router. If you do not know what the WEP key is the only way to get it is to log into your routers configuration settings and find the security section and the key should be displayed there.

If you have a comcast home networking account, call comcast and they can walk you thru getting the WEP, if you have a 3rd party router, call the router manufacturer and they can get it for you. Basically you open your brower, and in the address bar type in 192.168.x.x, linksys routers are default 192.168.1.1 as are most others, and leave the username black and type in "admin" for the password(assuming you havent changed the username/pw), and then on the wireless tab or the security tab should be the wep key

Go to the configuration menu as in the manual, then wireless security.
