Make sure you have good friends to laugh with. That always makes me feel good.

It depends by what you mean. How old are you? Maybe get your hair cut in a new style. Buy a new outfit if you can or if your parents allow you to wear makeup try a new shade of lipstick. I'm not sure how old you are but when I'm down I go get a pedicure. Or my husband will watch our son while I take a nice long bubble bath. I always feel good after those.Also I used to do a lot of volunteer work with the special Olympics with my Church group. I felt really good about myself after doing that. Or visit a nursing home and read to some of the people there. Go to a local animal shelter ask if they need a volunteer. There is lots of stuff you can do.

Volunteer somewhere. Go out and hold a door open for someone who has their hands full. Smile at someone who looks like they are having a worse day than you. Say hello and look them in the eye.

When you volunteer, you cheer someone else up and make their day brighter. At the same time, you can't help to feel good that you made someones day.

Eat chocolate, go shopping, talk on the phone, have a boyfriend ( a guy's attention really helps!)

depends on whats making you sad, you could hang out with friends (unless thats your problem than try to be more outgoing or sumin) eating chocolate is always good (unless you think you're fat than...) shopping is fun (depending on who you are) if you're depressed about something that someone else can help change don't be afraid to ask for their encouragment or whatever

Do something you enjoy doing .For example: Go shopping, play your favorite sport, go to a spa, do your nails,hang out with friends ect.

Get a make over!!! Go shopping, take a nice bubble bath when you get home, eat a hot fudge sundae... with extra fudge=)
