OK, I dunno. Do you have a right to have the phone there? I don't think you do, otherwise it wouldn't have been taken away, right? So, exactly where do you think you're legit in this case.
Rights go both ways, dude. I think you need to get a life. Why don't you just quit school and get a job. Nothing like a little hard work to wake up a spoiled brat.

It is on their school grounds and if you are a minor, they can do just about anything they want, that doesn't violate a law! And Bush listens to peoples messages all the time without asking!

well if you used your phone to cheat on something then they have every right to look for the cheating messages which may come down to looking at all your messages. why? do you have something to hide? naughty naughty. :)
