ya and walks do count towards whip also .. and as long as there are no errors with 2 outs it will count but if there is an error after a walk which would of ended the inning then it will not be earned

If a pitcher puts a man on base, he is responsible for that batter if he scores unless there is an error by another player directly causing the score. If you are a batter and you walk in a run with the bases loaded, bow and take an RBI on the way to first!

If the player HBP or BB scores on a hit or a BB then it is an ER

yes because they go against the pitchers...as long as there is no error then it goes as an earned run

If a player reaches on anything but an error and scores, then its an ER.
