The only thing I've been able to find about that filename is that it's part of a malware distribution known as WINDEV-1D63-3108.SYS:

Prevx offers a free trial of their malware removal tool. HOWEVER, I'm not familiar with, nor have I been able to find anything about, this company. For all I know, the "cure" could potentially be worse than the "sickness" (I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but I have to be honest). If the blue screen won't go away, it might be worth giving it a shot:

Should you have the need to repair Win XP, try this:

Then try to scan w/ Kaspersky.

Next time you visit popular sites be sure you have a good ant-virus, anti-spyware and a registry guard like WinPatrol. Lots of good freeware here:
