I never had to work in an environment like that....if I was in that situation I would work my /\ss off to let them know I was an asset to the company, and once they knew that then I would demand a raise and /or the next position up the ladder once it opened up......if they wouldn't then I'd put in my 2 weeks' notice -- that's just me tho, since if I'm gonna be at work anyways I like having things to do....the more busy I am the more accomplished I feel As for my coworkers, if I was in an altercation with them and I was treated unfairly by the management because they were too puss to deal with them because they were another race, then that would result in me packing my schit and leaving on the spot.....and in the career field I'm going into (medical field) I would have zero problems getting another job

But I guess there will always be something to hate.... If everyone suddenly became the same race and religion, the blue-eyes, or brown-eyes, or pink-eyes would be out of the "cool" or "superiority" club!

I totally disagree!
I've yet to meet someone who isn't a racist-type in some form. Republicans bashing Dem's and vice verse. Hate.
Muslums against Christians. Hate. Rich vs poor. Hate.
And on. In fact, most people who are stupid don't have a lot of thoughts one way or another. "Ignorance is bliss, 'Ti's folly to be wise." Is a true statement.
Most folks just have unkind-superior vs inferior mentalities. because everyone is trying to put everyone in a box and describe that group. In so doing, you immediately show your a--ss as a hater of some kind! Hey, even Donal Trump can't hide how much he holds women in contempt or Oprah hates most men.
I like the humidity--it keeps my skin from being so dry and cracked. And I don't believe people who hate are stupid. Clever as a fox. Because the haters sure keep everyone stirred up all the time. Stupid people don't give a hoot what's going on around them as long a their little world is okay!

AMEN!!! What a sad way to go through life, hating someone even before you know them. Just think of all the great people they will never give themselves a chance to know.
