I'd give you an 8 for ideas and a 6 for actual feeling. You write about good things and you write well but you don't write poetically. I'd suggest focussing on flow and rhythm and the feel of your poem. You have the concept down, you're just not applying it properly.
But I can only speak for the English poems as I cannot read hindi.

7, with a lot of potential! Read a lot of poetry in English, in particular: read Hindi also, of course (but your Hindi poems are really good!). Interact with likeminded friends and do a serious effort to develop the poet in you: you could really make it big some day! (soon!) good luck!

Ideas - normal poet themes.
Style - natural, simple (no heavy metaphors I mean)
Well I`m going to rate you at 6.7....
Ideas I said good, normal ideas... hmm... well I don`t quite see anything exciting... but you put the reader in the poem - involving him with questions :) so he will read further. that is a +

La calificacion que merece atencion es la que te dicten tus sentimientos.... el valor de tu poesia se lo da tu necesidad de escribir.... Lee el libro "Cartas a un joven poeta" de Rainer Maria Rilke.
