I think this to to compensate on how some of the whites have treated blacks in America! It is not much to give them without complaining after the horrendous act that were done to them in the past .I don't see why cry out of unfair treatment I am white !
Do you want to celebrate being inhuman and having a slave trade ? Segregation in schools that some white...and I mean some whites caused . Japanese were paid back my money value for what occurred to them in the past . SO would you rather pay blacks money for unjust treatment or do something so little as having a black history month ?

Because the blacks suffered a lot more that you whites did, so we get more recognition. We deserve it, and I feel a lot better about it because you don't like it!
