I recently deleted a user account because it was slowing my computer down. It asked me if i wanted to save the files of the user before deleting the account; i said yes. Now I don't know where to find them.

Open up "My Computer", double click on the drive where Windows is installed (probably C:\). Double click on the folder called "Documents and Settings". Here there should be folders named for each user account on your computer, including the one you deleted but saved the files from. Go into that folder and try looking in the "Desktop" or "My Doucments" folders.

No. When someone deletes a file or basically anything on a computer it's just not there anymore at all. But you should try remaking a user account and then just to keep it safe from your brother ever doing that again, log off all the time and don't get a password that's easy to guess. If you use the same computer as your brother then maybe you should think about getting your own.

Assuming you did tell it yes.. to save the files.. Then your files are there. They should be someplace within your my documents folder. although I'm not 100% for sure where.. it's been quite a while since I did it.
