I know this stat is not recorded in baseball, but maybe someone know.

It is not a fair question. Batters used to intentionally bunt foul on strike two in hopes of getting a walk or wear out the pitcher. Bunting foul on strike two became an out in the 60's or 70's. They also didn't keep pitch counts until about the 80's so no one was really counting.

Since many changes have been made, like the 2 bunt foul rule, and since that's not a real stat. You'll never know.

I'm not sure who it was but I know of guys that have fouled off
12 -18 pitches.
