change your diet to all healthy foods, meaning if its in a box or a can you don't want it.
fresh fruit cut up with yogurt is wonderful and you need to replenish your oxygen in your blood. Your not getting enough oxygen.
Get into red meats and liver if you can stand it. This will build your red blood cell which carries oxygen to varies needed places in our body.
Once you build you oxygen level, do floor exercises, but nothing that's going to put strain on your stomach,
Take your prenatal vitamins faithfully and ask your child to please help. Talk to him/her. You'll be amazing what happens when you continuously talk to you child and sing too
Finally and most importantly, go to your doctor and get tested

I am in the same boat you are. The only thing I can do is sit straight up and practice slow deep breaths.. It helps sometime other times not so much.. When you sleep at night if you are having the same problem prop up on another pillow.. Other then that there is nothing you can do. Your uterus is growing as is your baby. It only gets worse from here. Or so it did with my daughter.. Best of Luck and Congratulations.....

Im 12 weeks and have the same problems. When I try to breathe harder it gets harder to breathe. So I take small slow breaths and after a while I can breathe better again.

My doctor told me to expect this with my pregnancys because as the baby grows, it pushes up on your lungs and can restrict full motion of your diaphram.
Just when you get used to it, the baby will get ready for birth and "drop," allowing you to breath freely again.
Congrats!

Sometimes laying on your left side helps. I have trouble taking deep breaths also. I lay on my left side for a few minutes and it helps for a while.
