I'd give them the transplant. However, I know this could never happen, because the only person alive that has the closest match to me is my mother, and I love her very much.

That's a pretty hard question to answer...To be honest No I don't think I would, I know that sounds pretty shitty - but I guess it all depends on why you hate the person, if it's something stupid and not worth fighting over and you could help.... maybe.... but if the person did something very bad to you than why should you?
