They have been together for 3 years and he still hasnt left the one he has been affairing with

Maybe he doesnt have to make a choice because no-one has given him an ultimatum. If the wife knows about the affair and has not put a stop to it, then the husband has no reason to stop the affair. If the other woman is happy with the relationship, then he has no reason to do anything differently. If the wife was serious, she would tell him the affair stops or she leaves. Only when confronted with an ultimatum will he do anything differently.

this man has no self respect or for the women in his life, if you truley care about someone and love them, you wouldn't be having an affair, and as for the other girl if he hasn't left his wife after 3 years, he's not going to!! He doesn't love you enough to be with just you, and same for the wife..come on women, grow some backbone and kick this *** to the curb, he doesn't deserve to have his cake and eat it too!!!
Oh and read "he's just not that into you", it will answer a lot of questions i see on these forums, you can get it at any barnes and noble!!

If he hasn't left he's double dipping (no pun intended). If it's been going on for 3 years then it's time to move on. He's got the best of both worlds and it's costing you your sanity. It's hard to do when you're involved, but you have to cut him loose and move on. I wish you all the best and remember these 2 things...."That too shall pass" and "A leopard doesn't change their spots".

If you're married (or even if you're not), it is probably a good idea to confront him about it or go to counseling.
3 years is an awfully long time. I think I personally would have ended the relationship by now. :(

after 3 years, he must have some serious feelings now for this other woman. And, he still loves you too... so he wants his cake and eat it too;.
you need to press on. find someone that will treat you as the queen that you are!

he should just make up his mind though
