remove new momory and see if it works

Its either the wrong RAM, or you put it in wrong. do NOT force anything in a computer. If its put in properly the little clips on the end will snap in place on their own. It could be upside down, or in the wrong slot. Hope this helps

If it is the only ram installed, try moving it to slot 0.

Even the memory is not seated good or it is not compatible.
