Well im a 22 year old female i have a boyfriend but i can't seem to get the fact that i want to be with a female. The problem is: Im too shy. I don't know what to say when i get around women. But when it comes to men I'm down for it. I need help???

Go to a gay bar or if that's not your thing, there are tons of women's groups, gay/lesbian activities like hikes and picnics, and tons of other stuff! Look up what's happening in your community through the internet or a local newspaper! Of course, this might be better *after* you break up with the boyfriend...=)

If you are comfortable and open with your boyfriend, you may be mostly hetero but secretely desire an encounter with a female because it is "dirty" or "forbidden" or simply "hot." Or you may be anywhere on the spectrum between there and mostly homosexual. It's best not to label or categorize yourself because your desires and attractions are likely to vary a great deal throughout your life. It's important to remain "free" to choose as you like and not get forced into any position based on the political agendas of possible partners.
It's normal to be attracted to same-sex attributes at your age. If you are attracted to a fantasy woman, or the sex organs of an imaginary girl, that does not mean you are just as likely to fall in love with, and desire to spouse with a same-sex partner. Talk about it with your boyfriend and see if there is some way you can explore this wholesome curiosity.
On the other hand, if you find yourself being attracted sexually to the friends that you have known for a long time and already have a bond of fondness and trust with... in other words, Real People, then you may be more fully bisexual. That is nothing to be worried about and there is nothing wrong with that. You are very fortunate.
In as much as you are "too shy" to act on the attraction to a woman, you may simply be passive or sub and would respond positively to an attractive "take charge" individual of either sex. Sounds like you would chose the femme
role and use makeup and "girlie" clothes. Some subs are more humiliated by being subservient to an aggressive woman then to a dominant man and that is a plus for them. Others hate or are afraid of men due to some abuse in their history. Fortunately, you don't suffer from those bad influences.
Enjoy yourself. Explore you responses to a kind and thoughtful woman (or a faceless, nameless sex object) and embrace your womanhood and sexuality fully. Life is too short to not taste everything your apetite fancies. Have the best of both worlds.

This is quite unusual. Usually men hang around men and women hang around women. But not sexually.
Suggestions: (1) Do not go to a church they will only want to preach to you against it - it is your life not theirs. (2) Work on not being shy. You have ideas and opinions and should be shared with anyone who wants to listen. (3) Find one woman who enjoys your company and then expand to more as times goes. You should be at more comfortable with each meeting.
(4) You may just be curious about being with a female. There are sites on the net which can help you meet those in your area. People with closed/narrow minds will be against this but forgive them for their lack of intelligence.

Well, just like for straight women, we are shy around the sex we are attracted to, and comfortable around the other. You might also feel uncomfortable because you might be embarassed about your sexuality. You might feel like its wrong to have the feelings that you have, but you shouldn't. Maybe if you learn to accept the fact that you like women, you will feel more comfortable approaching a woman that you are attracted to.

It can be natural to like other women for companionship and to like men for sex. Being down for the count means you are submissive. But try befriending women, and going out with men. That might help.

shy is good but maybe you need a couple of drinks and the right place to be like where are you going to find the type of woman you want how do you know their looking too well hope this help
