Well, i am going on a trip to six flags; although i`m not too much of a fan of the one in new jersey, i am going' anyway. but for Kingda Ka, do you need to sign any sort of contract still? if so, can someone please state what it says.

No. I don't think contracts are required at any amusement park. If they require one, it usually means not very safe.

The park does not make you sign any contracts for any rides, attractions or shows that are included in the park's admission price (such as Kingda Ka). There are warning signs that guests are expected to follow at the entrance to all of the rides, and as anyone who has been to the park more than once can tell you, roll backs on Kingda Ka are not that uncommon, and many people waiting in line actually hope to see a roll back.

No, but I believe they have signs in line while you wait that say "ride at your own risk" and things like that. I wanted to go on that too, but after seeing video on YouTube of Kingda Ka, rolling back down the hill after not making it over the top, I'm not too sure.

I've never heard of anyone having to sign any type of contract to ride any rides before, even Kingda Ka. Whoever told you that was lying.

Ya and it exchange into the main exciting I even have ever had i provide it a 10, and no if u have bronchial asthma i does no longer recommend it yet yet another super curler coaster is the millennium at cedar park

i never signed anything. it was a great ride but totally over-rated.
