It could be called "Detox Island"....the contestants are all addicts of some sort, and we watch them as they go thru withdrawl. There would be medical help on hand if needed and also counselors, and the one who recovers first wins.

As sad as it is I would probley watch it. But I agree on the problem of what they would win. Money probley wouldn't be a good idea. Maybe a small house somewhere to start there life over or something.

I like that idea but I think it should be a certain amount of days and who ever is closest to recovering wins. but not money. maybe a continuing on of counseling and other stuff of some sort.

I like that idea, but what would they win? Because if they won money, they'd probably go and spend it on more drugs.
