I cant tell without a bigger picture, so i really cant say yet. Every girl is pretty in alot of ways.

Picture is a little fuzzy, but looks are not what makes a person pretty- I have always been a strong believer that it's what's on the inside that matters- Even the prettiest looking woman model in the world could make herself appear to be a *****
