Well... as you probably know, you're likely to be pregnant.
First take a pregnancy test as other users recommended.

Assuming you are pregnant :
If it's been 4 months, your parents will figure out sooner or later.
I know it must be very hard, but telling them now will make you feel better because :
1. you won't have to worry about telling them anymore
2. they'll help you feel better.

Don't be scared, life is great!
It is!
Trust yourself,
I'm sure you will be extremely happy 5 months from now

-And- after reading other's comments : don't feel guilty. Don't listen to them (who are you really to say "I'm so ashamed" ?! ).
It was probably not what you wanted, but it's done, there's no point to think about it anymore, it won't change anything.
Rather, think about the present and the future.

Well this does not mean you are pregnant.

If your almost 4 months you will be feeling kicking soon , has your stomach got bigger? If your pregnant you should of gained like 20 pounds if not more by now.

You really need to see a doctor, why have you not taken a pregnancy test yet? You can get one from your school nurse, by law she can not tell your parents about it.

Being pregnant is serious and it is very important to get checked out regularly to make sure you and the baby are fine and ontop of this your very young and your body is not mature enough to handle a baby which increases risk. What if you of had a tubal baby? You would be dead right now.

Pregnancy is no game and is not something to take lightly, get a test and take it. I would suggest taking 3 to be on the safe side to be positive if your pregnat or not. If even one comes back positive you need to get to a doctor ASAP to make sure you and the baby are alright.

Go to the store and buy a pregnancy test. If you are four months pregnant you need to have prenatal care and tests so the doctor can make sure you are ok. Have a friend buy the test for you if you are too scared someone will see you or talk to a friends mom or dad for advice. I know if seems hard to believe but I think you should probably tell your parents what is going on so that they can help you. They may be upset, but you are there daughter and they will always love you.

I believe the best thing to do is find one of those free pregnancy test centers, but if you are pregnant, you will have to tell your parents eventually. And if you haven't seen your period for four months you are absolutely waiting to long to get an abortion. After I think 24 weeks it will be to late. So I think you need to take some time and talk to your parents even if you know they will fuss they will get over it eventually. So I wish you all the best of luck. That's why when you have sex you have to face all the consequences that can happen.

Over the counter pregnancy test kits are your best option right now. They are cheap, 99.9% accurate and easily purchased at drugstores or pharmacies with no questions asked. Your doctor rightfully took you off the pills. Signs and symptoms of pregnancy differs from individual to individual and no 2 pregnancies are the same. You should know your body best and what it is trying to tell you.

If you really are pregnant, tell an adult whom you trust who can help you deal with your parents' reaction. Better sooner than later cos you can't hide it forever.

If you are not pregnant, it's time to step up the contraceptive method you are using by discussing your needs with a family planning nurse.

Oh my sweet, i really feel for you.
All the signs are there that you could well be pregnant.
Could you get hold of a pregnancy testing kit? or your doctor would help you.
If you fin d it hard to talk to your parents, is there someone older you could confide in?
Telling your parents if you are pregnant will be hard, and will be a shock for them but you will hopefully find them very supportive.
I wish you all the luck in the world, i have had 5 children and had my first one when i was only a few years older than you.
I dreaded telling my parents but they came around and are doting grand parents, i would love to hear how you get on, good luck xx

You should be able to get a pregnancy test at any drug store or supermarket for between $10 - $20. If you don't have the money look in the yellow pages under "family planning" and you should be able to find a planned parenthood clinic. Depending on the state you live in you may be able to go in and get a free test.

Go to the store and buy a pregnancy test... and take it when parents are not home. If cost is an issue they sell them at the general dollar stores..

Why are you having sex so young? And you said "cause you wont be 15 until September" do you find 15 a suitable age to have children, because if you think that you are mistaken. AND since you are making the choice (stupid choice) to have sex so young are you on birthcontrol pills AND using condoms?

If your rents dont want you on the pills beg them and ask them to let you to regulate your period... alot of women take it to make thier periods less painful

Planned Parenthood is a great place to start. They will give you a preg. test and an exam all for free. If the test is neg. you can even be put on the pill without your parents even knowing. But if the test is pos. you need to talk to your parents and let them know what is going on. There are options that are available to you. Trust your parents they only want what's best for you. Even if the test is neg. you need to talk to your Mom and let her know that you haven't had your period in 4 months, something may be seriously wrong. TALK TO YOUR MOM!!!

Ok ok dont panic.
You might be pregnant though
Now the best thing to do is to go to a close friend? or really good person whos older and more experienced, that you know .
What you should do is take a pregnancy test.
Since u cant drive at 14/15
Tell a friend and ask them if they could get one for you?

If you are pregnant. The best thing you can do is tell your parents.
If they are going to react badly.
Then you should wait and a find moment where its ok to tell your mom ..try your mom she might be more understanding then a dad

Good luck..
