How do I fix a mosaic?

I'm really sad, my friend sent me this absolutely gorgeous mosaic picture frame from Italy for my birthday but unfortunately some of the pieces broke off. I still have all the pieces. How would I go about fixing it? What do I use to fix it? I think I need to regrout it or something.

A craft store would have grout and instructions, but you'll have to be careful to make it match what is already there. Make sure you get some colorant powders.
