The queen is a descendant of a long hierarchy who were all
English and the English or Anglo-Saxocan people were always of white skin since they never had any relations with coloured people and this especially for the King or Queen family. They are still are. It is said that the relationship of the late Lady Diana before her death was not accepted by the royal family to keep it pure English of white coloured people.

The reason Queen Elizabeth is white is not a question of racism but the fact that when Brittain first started out, the leader was white. All of the past, current, and future rulers of England will and are the decendents of the origional leaders of the country. Well that is except when William the Conqurer was in power but he was run out of the country back to France.

Because she is not black or brown. Her parents were also white because of this reason, as are her children and grandchildren, and her great-grand children will be as well. It is the same as asking why the president in India is brown, and why President of Africa is black. It is a way of life.
