Ha ha ha... no really, I believe it is illegal to be in possesion of them without being a locksmith. Ask your local locksmith, they would be able to point you in the right direction.

I know that lock smiths have a tool that you put in the key slot and hit it with a hammer and it opens the lock but they are not readily accesible to the public because of security reasons.
