I don't eat shellfish - in the same way that I don't eat bacon sandwiches. Permit me to quote from one of my favourite humorists, Woody Allen:
"I will not eat oysters. I want my food dead. Not sick. Not wounded. Dead."
If he'd read your question, I'm sure he'd have added, "... and I don't want it looking like a bogey in a crash helmet."

I love cockles and winkles used to love picking winkles out with a pin. We used to get cockles fresh from the sea and soak them and cook them ourselves. never had oysters, they scare me.
no it's not like a bogey in a crash helmet. well you wouldn't eat the crash helmet part anyway.

Yes, I will eat anything that did not have a cute little face once upon a time.
As for a bogey in a crash helmet, I really cannot say, I have never seen it on a menu before but if I do, I will be sure to let you know what it tastes like, okay?
lol

That sounds so disgusting...I think I've lost my appetite, even for some fine vegetarian food. One question though, how did you know what to compare it to...have YOU actually eaten a bogey while wearing a crash helmet?! Fess up!

No I am a vegetarian, I do not eat animals.
And if it was a vegetable like a bogey in a cycle helmet, it would have to have a nice taste for me to have more than one.

Yes, I eat, I like. My favourite is the humble whelk, which is like a really big rubber joke-shop bogey in vinegar.
Please don't ask me why- I guess they just take me back to the best bits of my childhood- it's certainly not 'coz they're dead tasty or sophisticated or anything.

I don't know what a bogey in a crash helmet is, so I can't compare the two.
