a small example for instance, helping an old lady with her shopping, helping somone who has fallen over. also are there any of those times where you wish you had helped? I am very curious to hear some nice, heart warming stories.

I was walking in Banff with my Mother when a child of about 2 or 3 ran out into the road between two cars, I jumped out and pushed him aside as a car came screeching to a halt.
I than brought him back to his parents who weren't paying attention and I told them he has run into the street. They just looked at me, took his hand and walked away, without a thank you or anything. It still felt really good to know I had potentially saved a child's life.

It happened just last Friday. I stopped and helped a guy and his girlfriend who had a flat. They stopped in Emerson, Georgia where there is not tire place nearby just a lot of kudzu. First the guy wanted to see if he could borrow a friends car so I drove him to the friends work place near by. Then we drove to the next town up which was Cartersville where his friend lived. The friend still wasn't there. So we drove to he first tire shop we saw in town. The shop did not have a the right size 14 inch tire so we went to another place called tire doctors. As they were changing his tire I asked if they would plug mine. I had a slow leak and was driving on the donut spare. This is why I could not loan my spare. The gentleman bought me a new tire and put a new one on his rim. These tires were very affordable. We then went back put his tire on and parted ways. The point is though ever good deed comes back to you. Sometimes it may seem no good deed goes unpunished but it does come back to you.

When I attended a live show with my relatives in NV, I saw a 74- year old- woman seating near our spot- (200 level sec at Thomas & Mack) which it was one of our seats. She was alone, but she looked pretty calm and quiet.. So we approached and asked her if she had somebody who went with her at a stadium. She said "yes, my son and daughter" but she wasn't sure when they went. Imagine, how could somebody let a grandma seat at the very top of the stadium which she had to climbed up 10 steps from stairs, then leave her for half an hour.

I do it most of the time, but I work down in the basement of a hospital and sometimes people (mostly old people) get lost and come to our department. Instead of telling them where to go, I go out of my way to show them because alot of people get distressed when they cant find their way. Most of my colleagues dont care if they lose their way, but I dont see no harm in showing them,

I try when ever possible not to help. I have not helped on many occasions and am actually quite good at it. Well everyone has to be good at something and I'm good at not helping.
