new creative zen vision m wont turn on?

I just bought today and retired my old mp3 player anyways I instaled all the software restarted my computer and plugged it in the screen didnt turn on no blue light nothing i left it there for a while still nothing I tried changing usb ports still nothing
no blue light at the top no nothing please help me

You came here for help... now try the place you should have gone in the first place... creative zen support website and ask the geeks there,, they are the best ppl to ask... read their FAQ first to see if anyone else as had the same problem.\
