okay. so i'm in the 9th grade and i'm 15 & right now i wear a B 36 in bra size. i know that that's not a huge size, but compared to my friends, & other girls in my grade, i look huge!! i'm soo uncomfortable when wearing a bikkini & when i'm running, & the bad thing is that im on the track team. also, when i attempt to wear low cut shirts (not really low, but just a little bit under the collarbone) it always looks like im busting out of the top
sooo, i was wondering, if anyone has any advice on how to reduce my breast size,(other than surgery) i've tried sleeping on my stomach, but it didn't seem to help...
if anyone has any advice, please please let me know!!
thank you :]

There is no way to change your breast size---either bigger or smaller---without surgery. I was wearing a 36B when I was 10 so I know how you feel. Just make sure your mom buys you good, supportive bras. That will keep them from bouncing when you run. Trust me...in about a year you are going to LOVE your breasts. And all the other girls will be so envious of you!

You are an average size. And sleeping on your stomach will not help. You may just need a better supporting bra particularly when running track. Many woman do not wear the correct size. Consider being measured by a seamstress or a "bra professional" JC Penney and other department stores have trained people to measure you. The right size bra with descent support can make all the difference.

PS My 14 year old daughter is a 36DD and she is proud...

I think you should be happy with what you have. I was 36 B for a while, and it was great, especially because a lot of retail clothing (like button up shirts) are designed for B cups. Now that I am a C, it is a lot harder to find shirts that fit.

For running, you really should get a good supportive sports bra. And with the low cut shirts, ask someone like your mom if they are too revealing. My guess is that you are just self conscious.

Ok first you are very pretty just the way you are. I was in a C almost a D cup when I was 15. Yes I know how you feel and totally understand. There is nothing you can do that would be safe other than surgery....but why would you want to change yourself your beautiful the way you are. Embrace yourself and love yourself. Don't let boys talk you into sex either. Be yourself!!! Your body will grow into your breast size trust me.

The only way your breast size will go down without surgery is if your weight goes down because breast tissue is fat and when you lose weight you lose breast! Now, maybe you shouldn't be losing weight and in that case there is no fix without surgery. Your breast are the perfect size though....just wait a few years and you will love them!

be happy with whom you are. Most people pay lots of money to get bigger breast.
Pam Anderson is famous for other stuff but her breast puts her on top even though hers are fake boobs.
Buy slimming color bikinis. If a bra looks comfy, stay away from it.Just be confident in yourself. Lots of guys love busty girls and lots of us ladies want to be like you.
