I usually don't. I did laugh at a teacher I didn't like when I was
16. Because he was mean and rude.
All of this happened to him on one day:
He got a ticket
Someone poored sugar in the gas tank of his motorcycle
(that I think was going to far.)
And he got fired.
I only laughed about him getting the ticket. He was speeding
in the school zone when he came to school.

Randy well I did once. I was at a training session years ago and a lady I worked with sat next to me. Well to cut a long story short I dropped my cup of tea in her hand bag (it was a mistake) I just couldn't control my laughter :( bad bad Mrs Bad. Poor lady all her stuff was soaked. Another lady told her not to worry that she was sure it was nerves on my part. Ummmmm I'm not sure it was I just couldn't help my self.

I don't usually laugh at others misfortunes but I can't say that I never will because I did once. And that's just the one I remember. I wouldn't be at all surprised if somewhere along the line I hadn't done it before.

i don't see how somebody trolling is having any form of misfortune different than determining directly to act the fool. a individual who's below the effect of alcohol is likewise not on top of issues via their very own decision. the ladies tripping over the banana peel had no decision, that exchange into an twist of destiny so all your theoretical circumstances are actually not equivalent. the only occasion that merits attention is the female tripping over the banana peel.

Sometimes. If the person has been horrible to me or hurt me in some way then I may have a little chuckle at whats happened to them. But not to people that I dont know.

If someone slips and falls (like miss usa - LOL) but doesn't get hurt I laugh. It's just one of those things.

If it is something serious - no way do I laugh.

If it's a self inflicted problem and they did it to themselves mmmmmmmmm yes I am guilty as well. When it is something serious and they had circumstances that happened absolutely not I will try to help.
