i'm trying to find out what business permits/ licenses I need to operate my own prepared food truck?

i also need to know what the cost is what type of insurance i need

Start with your county clerk (at the courthouse). They will be able to answer most of your questions.

Every state and country are different, start off with the dept of food safety and inspection,. They can tell you what criteria is in there data base. Insurance will be a libality policy, for whatever amount you can afford.
