I want to make a mixtape (a romantic or friendly) one for a girl named Emily, so no bad songs, but "sad" songs like the Zombies' "A Rose for Emily" would be ok.

There's one by Simon and Garfunkel called "For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her".
That's the only Emily I can think of off hand, but Joni Mitchell did a great song called "Amelia".

"See Emily Play" by Pink Floyd, that's the only one i can think about. Um it's not really a sad song, but you can still include it.

they are the two sooo effective yet i admire Emily Rae! yet while it is for a e book it is somewhat useful to spell Rae like Ray through fact some human beings won't be waiting to pronounce Rae and that can annoy them and that that they had no longer desire to envision your e book. good luck with your e book!
