I like Hillary more, but just because she had her own show, her own movie, starred in a lot of movies, sings, etc. But the only reason that I even know who Hailey is is because she is related to Hillary, if she wasn't, I wouldn't have known who Hailey is! Plus, Hailey's voice makes her sound about 30 years old, and Hillary's makes her sound about 20! They are only a few/couple years apart!
So, I say Hillary Duff! =]

Well I don't like either of them but definately Hilary even though she can't sing, is a pretty bad actor and is not very pretty either. Hailey is a worse actor, singer and worse looking and shes only someone because her sister is.
