Yes, it's true.
British schoolkids even used to sing a song about, to the tune of Sousa's "Col. Bogey March."
"Hitler...He only had one ball.
Hitler...And it was very small..."

RE: Did Adolf Hitler have only one testicle? I read somewhere that Adolf Hitler had only one testicle. Is that true?

I have often heard this also, but I recently watched a documentary called Hitler: Inside Evil about a psychological profile of Hitler done during WWII. In it was the information obtained from interviews with the Hitler family doctor, who stated that although he was a puny child, Hitler was healthy and had no physical deformities.
Perhaps this was war time propaganda inspired by the fact that Goering lost both of his when shot during the beer hall putsch in 1922.

Yes, the truth came out around 1968, I believe, when the Russians finally admitted they'd found Hitler's body in a pile of burnt debris outside the fuhererbunker behind the Reich-chancellery in Berlin. The autopsy was extremely detailed, and that was one of the details. I recall a doggerel verse song we used to sing as children: Hitler, had only one ball -- Goering has two, but they are very small! -- Himmler, is very "simmlar", and Dr. Goebbels ain't got no balls at all! It now seems that the song was right, about Hitler anyway!
