Lead iodide, most likely PbI2. The potassium and nitrate ions stay in solution; they are spectator ions that don't participate in the reaction.

I smile at them - look them in the eye and smile at them, allowing the smile to show in my eyes. I don't give insults back and nor do i react to insults - i wont show them that i am hurt/angry etc. Sometimes i do the smile thing, turn and walk away, other times i will do the smile thing and say goodbye. Sometimes i will say a little sneaky remark, but it depends on the situation and the insult. I wont be rude, i wont insult and i wont show that i felt the insult in any way, but sometimes i will make a cheeky or sneaky remark after the smile before i walk away just to get them thinking.
