I heard it was the carrot tops that a person shouldn't eat...but I've never ever seen anyone eat radish tops but I don't know why. I know you can eat nastursum flowers and geranium flowers and dandelion leaves though.

The young leaves are commonly used in salads. Older leaves will get bitter. You can also buy seed in quantity for sprouting. Some seed catalogs have sprouting mixes with radish, alfalfa and other seeds.

Yep, you can eat the leaves, wash off very carefully, and stir fry. The nurshishment is only in the green, Mustard and Dandelion leaves are good, Beet greems can be eaten as well, I don't think you can eat carrot or bean leaves, nor corn. Norma

They're a bit bitter, but safe to eat. They make a nice addition to salad.

They are sometimes mixed with salad. Use only a small amount of the youngest leaves. Taste, a bit peppery.

My rabbit and guinea pigs love the greens, but I have never tried them myself. Probably wouldn't hurt you.
