Yes, there are hundreds of Catholic Religious Orders (or congregations) that have promised to live their lives without procreation.

Sure is the Priests and nuns of the Catholic Church are dedicated to none procreation. Some do slip, but most do NOT.

Shakers, Ephrata Cloister, Harmony Society (Rappites), among others. Heaven's Gate more recently. Curiously, they failed to maintain their numbers and went extinct.
