Uh, terrorists can purchase those guns in their own country, bring them into Mexico, and then sneak them across the border with little trouble. Terrorist and criminals will be willing to purchase guns illegally anyway, the only people you will be affecting by putting any type of ban on guns is the law-abiding citizen.
